Seafood Line Cook (Grill Speciality)
We are looking for a highly skilled Seafood Line Cook with extensive charcoal-grill experience. You will manage the hot-coal grilling station, preparing spiny lobsters, tiger prawns, and whole fish under the direction of Chef Rahim Chowdhury.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial kitchen experience in a busy seafood restaurant.
- Expert knowledge of charcoal grilling temperatures, cooking times, and seafood food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure dinner rushes and cooperate well with the plating crew.
Dining Room Service Captain
Manage table service flow, lead waiters, and deliver premium client hospitality. You must possess deep knowledge of our seafood ingredients, preparation times, and drinks pairing tips to guide guests in ordering.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Lead Waiter in a premium fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
- Polite, energetic personality with a strong dedication to five-star customer care.
Sous Chef de Cuisine
Oversee daily kitchen line operations, manage ingredient inventories, maintain hygiene regulations, and assist the Head Chef in developing seasonal seafood specials and training kitchen apprentices.
Job Requirements:
- Culinary degree or diploma in kitchen management, with 5+ years of upscale kitchen experience.
- Proven leadership skills managing a team of 15+ line cooks, dishwashers, and food prep staff.
- Highly organized with strong knowledge of food cost control and ingredient quality check protocols.
